Identity Card Services

These services, provided by the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), allows citizens and residents to issue identity cards for children below 4 years old and domestic workers, renew identity card, replace lost/damaged identity card, issue distinctive personal number for newborns, in addition to appointments booking and enquiry service.

How to use the Service

  1. Click on "Launch Service"
  2. Select the required service:
    • Identity Card Issuance: Issue an Identity Card for children under 4 years old, and for domestic workers.
    • Identity Card Renewal: Renew the Identity Card for Bahraini's and Non-Bahraini's.
    • Replace Lost / Damaged: Replace Lost/ Damaged Identity Card for Bahraini's and Non-Bahraini's.
    • Request Status Enquiry: Enquire about the status of the submitted requests.
    • Newborn Distinctive ID Issuance: Select a Distinctive personal number for newborns.
    • Appointments booking and Enquiry: Book an appointment to Issue, renew or replace lost/damaged Identity Card and enquire about booked appointment or cancel it.
  3. Follow the instructions and enter the required information for the selected service
